Job summary

Ideal Vision Integration is seeking a Quality Control Officer to ensure product quality through incoming and in-process inspections. You will verify drawings, document results, and separate OK from NG items while upholding 5S housekeeping in production and store areas.

Qualifications

• SPM or above required.
• Detail-oriented and careful when performing inspection work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates and school leavers welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for incoming quality inspection on fabrication parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify product quality during assembly or production.
• Conduct dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments to ensure compliance with drawing tolerances and technical specifications.
• Check products for defects, damage, scratches, contamination, or other abnormalities.
• Ensure inspected products meet the required specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Separate and identify OK and NG (non-conforming) products.
• Record inspection results accurately in the required forms or system.
• Report any quality issues or abnormalities to the supervisor or Quality personnel.
• Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Assist in maintaining good housekeeping (5S) practices in the inspection, production, and store areas.
• Handle inspection tools and equipment properly.
• Perform other inspection or quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
