Key Accountabilities

• Work interactively with production, customer and vendor to seek for improvement on quality issue and productivity.
• Lead, supervise and motivate QA teams to achieve quality objective.
• Dedicate as leader for internal and external audit.
• Ensure Quality related issues and customer feedback are promptly resolved through effective corrective action
• Initiate and coordinate preventive measures through review and analysis the complaints from customer and internal quality issues for continuous improvement.
• Work interactively with production, customer and vendor to seek for improvement on quality issue and productivity
• To investigate quality issues related with the finished goods
• To issue ICAR for non-compliance issues thus preventing reoccurrence
• Monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive action of internal quality issues
• Develop and establish procedures to improve the existing quality standard based on customer requirement
• Liaise with each Quality Engineer to resolve implementation problems
• Prepare the reports for routine review of Quality meeting
• Take corrective action and preventive measures for non-conformance to improve the organization, practice and procedures
• Investigate and initiate the 8D report for any quality failure reported by customer
• To ensure the QA achieved the quality KPI or yearly target given by customer
• Perform internal quality audit
