Job summary

Intrinseque Health in Melaka is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance across our clinical supply chain operations.

You will implement QA procedures, lead audits, train production teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve issues. This full-time role requires hands-on GMP knowledge, data analysis skills, and meticulous attention to regulatory changes in pharma and medical devices.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in QA within pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

About the role

Intrinseque Health, a clinical supply chain company, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Melaka. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained across our operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and policies to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Conducting regular audits and inspections of our manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities to identify and address any quality issues
• Providing training and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality-related complaints or non-conformances
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Staying up-to-date with changes in quality assurance regulations and best practices within the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Excellent understanding of quality management systems, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address quality issues
• Proficient in data analysis and quality reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
