Job description

This department is responsible for the implementation of Quality Management System and Food Safety management System. The scope of coverage includes but not limited to Process Management, System Management, Regulatory Management and Sub-con Management. There are 2 sections within QA & Regulatory Department, which are QMS Administration Section and Food Regulatory Section.

Responsibilities

Review and release all sub-con products which meet product requirements in LIMS. Deviation are reported to superior and Follow-up on the Sub-Con Product issues

Prepare Customer CoA and Product Specification in LIMS upon request.

Manage audits from customers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities. Oversee audit planning, coordination, and execution. Follow up on all audit findings and non-conformities, ensuring timely responses to auditors. Ensure effective closure of all audit-related issues and maintain proper documentation

Timely review of ASQUA documents and conduct gap analysis based on the latest updates / changes and share with relevant department if there is any impact.

To closely follow-up on Internal Audit Findings (CAR & Observation) with the auditors on time and follow through till the closure of the issue.

Main coordinator of Supplier Information Questionnaire (SIQ) management by ensure all the documents are managed and renewed as per the scheduled frequency.

Support on conducting Sub-con Audit as per plan.

Coordinate Weekly and Monthly Meeting, ensure reports are updated accordingly.

Support on the implementation and maintenace of ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC22000 and KOSHER implementation in AMB.

To adhere to safety and health requirements and participate in the departments safety, health and environment activities and ensure procedures are maintained.

Manage Customer Servise Centre and respond to consumer enquiries by phone and through e-mail accurately and in timely manner.

Support in Managing Document Management System.

Support in assigned tasks related to Food Regulatory Section as when necessary.
