  • Conduct training sessions for supplier teams on best practices, ensuring alignment with high-quality standards.
  • Resolve production and manufacturing challenges efficiently to minimize delays and optimize output.
  • Manage or support the full tool build lifecycle — including sourcing, quoting, CNC machining, assembly, trial, and approval — while maintaining schedule adherence.
  • Drive proactive supplier management and engagement to support timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Evaluate and enhance stamping tool designs to ensure robust and repeatable production processes.
  • Identify and rapidly validate new quality and cost improvement concepts to maintain production excellence.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to engineering and production teams across partner sites in Malaysia and Thailand.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Control or Assurance role within the manufacturing sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong decision-making, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in supplier relationship management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to lead and train teams at all levels — from factory floor to senior management.
  • Highly proficient in English (spoken and written); capable of writing business correspondence, proposals, and reports.
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoForm, UG, CATIA, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of quality systems such as TS 16949, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AEC-Q100/200, and ANSI standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about quality excellence.
  • Comfortable working with global counterparts and factory partners across Southeast Asia.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly between Malaysia and Thailand for on-site support and training.
  • Open to a dynamic work schedule that may involve evening or weekend engagements due to global coordination needs.
  • Committed to personal and professional growth, with aspirations for future leadership roles.

Experience & Education:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality-focused role within the automotive, aerospace, or other precision manufacturing industries.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
