Job description

Note: This is a remote work position.

Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
Design and develop manual test cases.
Write automated integration and e2e tests.
Improve the process of continuous automatic testing.
Create and maintain test documentation.
Perform testing across a range of areas - Front end/UI, database, API, performance, regression & smoke testing.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.
2+ years’ experience working in a QA Engineer position.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with both black box and white box testing.
Hands-on experience with a front-end testing tool, specifically with Cypress.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience working with testing desktop, mobile, and cloud applications.
Working knowledge of Git version control system.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Creating and reviewing test plans, test cases, and test suites to ensure that the testing is comprehensive and covers all requirements.
Executing test cases (automated or manual) and analyzing the results to identify any defects or issues.
Documenting and tracking defects and issues.
Collaborating with software engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Helping to identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
Familiarity with the Linux operating system and bash is a plus.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
