A leading firm in the quality management sector is looking for a dedicated individual to oversee inspection preparations, conduct failure analysis, and train technicians and inspectors. The role involves managing nonconforming products, compiling quality reports, and handling customer complaints. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in quality management processes.
Job Responsibilities
• Involve in new project and transfer project qualification activities. Responsible on Inspection Instruction preparation, first article inspection, capability study, measurement system analysis and PPAP packages.
• Provide training to quality technicians and inspectors on inspection methods and criteria.
• Coordinate nonconforming product control and failure analysis and follow-up corrective and improvement plan.
• Compile Quality report and lead the internal and customer quality review meeting.
• Handle customer complaint and conduct failure analysis.
• Response and follow up on customer corrective action and improvement plan.
• Coordinate RMA activities and sorting / rework activities with supplier and customer.
• Responsible for customer process audit, NPI qualification audit and customer system audit.
• Responsible on Engineering change order, coordinate purging activities and monitor on documentation revising.
• Responsible on supplier quality management.
• To ensure RBA, Supplier Code of Conducts requirements are being met.
• Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management.
Authority:
• Make the decision on product inspection criteria.
• To stop production or shipment when defective products are found.
