- Abschluss in IT, Informatik, Software-Engineering oder vergleichbarer Disziplin.
Responsibilities
- Implementierung, Wartung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von automatisierten Testlösungen für Unternehmenssoftwaresysteme.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklern und Stakeholdern zur Definition von Teststrategien.
- Entwurf, Aufbau und Pflege skalierbarer Testautomatisierungs-Frameworks und zuverlässiger Qualitätstechnologien.
- Eigenverantwortliche Implementierung und Qualitätssicherung von Produktinkrementen inkl. Testautomatisierung, CI/CD-Integration, Sicherheitstests und Fehler-Management.
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von UI-, API-, Integrations-, Regression- und End-to-End-Tests.
- Ursachenanalyse, Defect-Tracking, Qualitätsrisiko-Bewertung und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Teststrategien, Testfällen, Qualitätskennzahlen und technischer Dokumentation.

Job Description
- Implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated testing solutions for enterprise software systems based on one or more technologies or products.
- Collaboration with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.
- Conception, design, and development of scalable test automation frameworks, reusable test components, and reliable quality engineering solutions.
- Independent and self‑responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments, including test automation, CI/CD integration, security and compliance testing, and defect management.
- Development and execution of automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end test suites.
- Root cause analysis, defect tracking, quality risk assessment, and continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test cases, quality metrics, and technical documentation as part of a software development project.

Qualifikationen
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years’ working experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation, or a related field is required.
- Education minimium Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Mandarin speaker
Experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross‑functional product teams.
- Strong hands‑on experience in UI and API test automation.
- Experience with free and open‑source technologies and enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- IT, software testing, or programming‑related certification is an advantage.

- Advises product teams and customers on testability, quality risks, automation strategy, and quality engineering best practices.
- Leads automation initiatives and supports or mentors medium and large quality engineering teams.
