This position is to enhance our quality assurance efforts while strengthening our industrial partnerships with the industry partners. We encourage interested staff to apply for this role, which provides an excellent chance to expand your expertise and support the institution’s development. Outlined below are the expected responsibilities for the role:

Quality Assurance

  • Provide support and guidance to the Management on implementing College policies, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
  • To contribute to the development and improvement of quality processes and standards across the College.
  • Collaborate with agencies like MOHE and MQA to ensure our programs comply with standards and obtain certification, while also managing MyQuest evaluations as needed to ensure consistent high rating.
  • To conduct monthly internal departmental audits to ensure standards are met, support external audits, and submit reports to the Management as necessary.
  • To maintain quality-related databases, manage quality system documentation, and align procedures with affiliated institutions.
  • To lead in programme review and validation, oversee quality assurance projects, and manage AIC licensing applications and renewals, including IPTS and programme licenses.
  • Responsible for overseeing ISO compliance and certification renewals, including managing both internal and external audits.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners to create internship opportunities that benefit our students and enhance their practical learning experience.
  • To oversee internship placements by working with students’ supervisors to monitor interns’ progress and ensure they gain valuable industry experiences.
  • To act as liaison between the College and partner industries, facilitating feedback and identifying ways to improve the internship programme.
  • To ensure the consistency in quality and programme expectations.
  • To collect feedback from partners and interns, suggest programme improvements, and report outcomes to the Management to continually enhance internship quality.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years work experience.
  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Good administrative capabilities along with standard communication skills.
  • The ability required for managing the Company and ensuring smooth running of each department.
