Responsibilities:

• Managing test objectives, organizational test policies, strategies, and plans.
• Leading, guiding, and monitoring analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases, procedures, and suites.
• Developing deliverables such as Test Plans, Test Reports, and Test Summary Reports.
• Coordinating bug triage sessions.
• Managing and monitoring defect and bug issues using defect management tools.
• Scheduling tests, monitoring progress, measuring, controlling, and reporting on test status and product quality.
• Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) as well as non-functional testing (security, performance) using standard testing tools.
• Analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Collaborating closely with project team members and departments.
• Designing and developing automation scripts as needed.
• Preparing test data.
• Producing and delivering testing documentation, including test cases and scenarios for SIT, UAT, Performance, and Security testing.
• Performing System Integration Tests based on test cases, recording discrepancies, and coordinating with developers for corrective actions.
• Guiding users during User Acceptance Testing.
• Following up with developers on security and performance issues.
• Transferring knowledge on execution of performance and security tests.
• Retesting and verifying bug fixes and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing.
