Sephora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant.
Primary Objectives

Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, and maintaining inventory records.

Key Tasks
Store Room Management
  • Ensure the store room is organized and clean according to Sephora standards.
  • Maintain an environment that supports accurate stock levels.
Stock Management
  • Conduct stock receiving, returns, and ensure accuracy of stock movements.
  • Perform regular inventory checks, including cycling and annual audits.
  • Assist with inventory management across stores when required.
  • Manage soon-expiring products using FIFO principles.
Sales Support
  • Support the achievement of sales targets by ensuring product availability.
  • Coordinate with departments for product launches and stock requirements.
Merchandising
  • Maintain store condition, replenish shelves, and ensure merchandising standards are met.
  • Follow merchandising guidelines and planograms.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Implement actions from weekly store management directives.
  • Ensure compliance with Sephora audit processes.
Reporting Line

You will report directly to the Store Manager.
