Quality Assurance Analyst- Malay (Thailand)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst fluent in Malay and English to join our team in Thailand.

• Conduct evaluations (Audit & DSATs) to identify if we can appeal (Results for iQA).
• Share feedback with agents on all people-related defects (Quality Audits – CC, BC, and Cc) and DSATs (Agent Related).
• Conduct training and refreshers for team members.
• Support and mentor new employees.
• Assist operations on key metrics performance by sharing insights and suggesting action plans.

• Minimum 1 year of Quality Analyst experience.
• Fast learner who requires minimal supervision.
• Trust & Safety and Content Moderation experience is highly preferred.
• Language proficiency in Malay and English is mandatory.
• Experience in preparing and presenting written project status reports and executive briefings.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• People management skills.
• Willing to relocate to Thailand.
• Willing to work in a rotational shift.
