Tech Mahindra is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Analyst in Cyberjaya, Selangor. Apply now to be part of our team.


Job Summary:
  • Availability to work:
    • Monday to Sunday: Morning and Afternoon shifts
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: RM5,000 - RM8,000 per month

  • Language requirements: Mandarin proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) + conversational English (B1 level)
  • Location: WFO in Cyberjaya, Tech Mahindra ICT Services, Jalan Impact, Cyberjaya, 63000, Selangor
  • Shifts: Morning shift (7am - 4pm) or Afternoon shift (4pm - 1am), shift allowance for afternoon shift provided
  • Working days: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off weekly
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform random audits based on sampling to gauge quality and customer experience
  • Provide immediate and constructive feedback on quality performance
  • Maintain high levels of process and production knowledge
  • Adapt quickly to meet or adjust audit goals
  • Work closely with team leaders on employee performance regarding quality
  • Participate in internal and external calibration sessions
  • Escalate issues impacting service quality to the reporting manager
  • Conduct weekly meetings with production staff to discuss gaps and trends
  • Develop action plans to address issues and improve processes
  • Build and maintain good working relationships within the team
  • Track and endorse completion of corrective actions
  • Validate errors identified by External QAs and manage disputes if applicable
  • Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
