- Respond to and handle customer complaint issues at the customer’s site.

- Regularly check the sustainability of improvement activities and countermeasures taken to resolve quality issues.

- Support production, procurement, or engineering teams with quality-related technical input.

- Manage calibration of tools and measuring instruments, ensuring traceability of quality records.
