Quality Analyst (Preferable Mandarin Speaker)

Joining us as a Quality Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our innovative short video and e-commerce mobile app. You'll work closely with a talented team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

What you'll do:

1. Test, Test, Test: Design and execute comprehensive test cases to identify and fix bugs early in the development process. Testing areas include functional testing, performance testing, security testing, and compatibility testing.
2. Break Things (Ethically): Use your problem-solving skills to find vulnerabilities and improve the app's security and reliability.
3. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure smooth integration of testing into the development process.
4. Optimize and Innovate: Continuously explore new testing tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Analyze and Report: Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

What will be required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related internship experience in testing / QA field will be a value add.
• A fundamental understanding of Mobile platforms - iOS and Android is preferred.
• Multilingual skills are a strong advantage. Able to understand English and Mandarin. (We are seeking candidates who can understand Mandarin to effectively communicate with counterparts)
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for solving problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
