About Role: -

To offer through a positive and professional attitude, a means of attention to the several issues faced in his/her daily work, always favoring attention to users in an optimal and proactive way.

Must have: -

Mandarin Language Proficiency (Read / Write / Speak)

Relevant Experience 1 to 2 years as QA in KYC process

  • Proficiency level in Mandarin language including listening, speaking, reading and writing, & fluency level in English language.
  • Perform random audit based on the agreed sampling to gauge quality performance and overall understanding of customer experience
  • Provide immediate and constructive feedback based on observed quality performance
  • Maintain a high level of production and process knowledge
  • Fast and flexible in meeting goal/ adjusted goals in terms of audits
  • Work closely with TLs on their production employees’ performance in terms of quality
  • Attend and participate in Internal and External calibration
  • Escalate issues or any situation that could adversely impact the quality of service provided to the reporting manager
  • Conduct weekly huddles/meetings with production employees to discuss gaps and trends
  • Develop action plans to address identified trends and resolve issues to better improve processes and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Establish a good working relationship with the team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided.
  • Endorse and track completion of Corrective Actions
  • Validate errors captured by External QAs and send disputes, if applicable
  • Assist
  • Special Projects and performing other duties as assigned
