Job description

Location: Cyberjaya (Work from Office)

Contract Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts between 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM (Any 5 days/week with 2 days off)

Shift Timings:

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with excellent Mandarin communication skills and at least 3 years of experience in a BPO/IT call center environment. A background in KYC or compliance-based processes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Maintain QA documentation and audit reports
  • Support calibration sessions with stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and policies

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Quality role in BPO/IT environment
  • Proficient in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher
  • Prior experience in KYC or compliance is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and observation skills
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts
