A leading company is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in the BPO/IT sector. Candidates must possess excellent proficiency in Mandarin and English (B1 or higher) along with strong analytical skills. The role involves monitoring customer interactions, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to quality standards within a supportive work environment that offers competitive salaries and benefits.

Contract Type: 12-Month Renewable Contract
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts between 7:00 AM – 1:00 AM (Any 5 days/week with 2 days off)
