Job summary

A leading company in manufacturing seeks a Quality Management System Officer to maintain ISO compliance and oversee quality processes. The candidate should possess a degree, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role includes managing quality documentation, conducting audits, and improving overall quality results while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Advantage with 3 to 5 years experience as Document Controller/Internal Auditor.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality Management System and related documents.
• Schedule and perform audit activities and follow-ups.

• Ensure applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest updates/ modifications related to ISO quality systems.
• Maintain Quality Management System in compliance with all applicable regulatory standards as above and other relevant requirements throughout the facility.
• Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
• Collate quality data for monitoring targets.
• Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for all the business process owners (BPO) within the organization.
• Schedule and perform audit activities, to include pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations to ensure that all requirements as per the QMS is in compliance.
• Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
• Assist operating units with development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans to to improve overall ISO compliance and quality results.
• Manages and checks all documents that are within the organizations QMS Framework (internal & external).
• Manage all calibration activity on measurement equipment across all manufacturing sites.
• Any other related tasks that may be assigned by superior as deemed appropriate.

Requirements:

• Possess with Degree in any field.
• Advantage with 3 to 5 years experience as a Document Controller/Internal Auditor or related experience in ISO requirements.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills especially as concerns expressing written instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
