About Our Client

This company is a major solutions provider, located in the South of Malaysia. They offer a wide range of services related to electronics including design, manufacturing and distribution.

Job Description

• Lead Company's QMS certification and participate in internal, external and 3rd party audit
• Maintain compliance with all QMS ISO standard and procedures
• Support the effective implementation of quality policies and associated procedures
• Manage the quality management documentation based on the requirements of QMS
• Act as the Management Representative to liaise with certification or regulatory bodies on external audit or product registration respectively.
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g, results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement
• Define, develop and implement new methods and practices to improve product quality
• Ensure company in compliance with OSHA Act 1994
• To plan and disseminate continuous improvement on safety program from time to time

The Successful Applicant

• Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/health/Safety), Engineering (industrial) or equivalent
• Knowledge of multiple standards such as ISO9001/ANSI/S20/ISO 13485/21 CFR Part 820/AS9100/ISO1400 would be an advantage
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position
• Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications.
• Strong presentation skills, strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
