QMS Engineer [Electronics]

We are currently seeking a QMS Engineer for a leading company in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry to support their expansion. With over 20 years of legacy, this company offers a dynamic work environment. Immediate attention to this position is appreciated.

Position Details

• Location: Johor
• Reporting to: General Manager
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) procedures aligned with company policies and industry standards.
2. Review and update internal systems to meet external certification requirements, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and others.
3. Monitor and improve QMS processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
4. Identify challenges within the quality system and implement corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
5. Coordinate process enhancement initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve quality and operational efficiency.
6. Manage ISO certification programs, ensuring successful audits and compliance with industry standards.
7. Perform additional tasks as required.

Experience Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience in quality analysis, problem-solving, project management, and customer audits.
• Ability to work independently, implement QMS, and liaise with certification bodies.
• Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
