Export Compliance Statement

Must comply with TTM export control policies, ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and related laws, including:

• Identifying ITAR-controlled products on the manufacturing floor and understanding access restrictions for US Citizens and Permanent Residents.
• Recognizing foreign visitors by badge differentiation.
• Following procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL).
• Understanding export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US.
• Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
