The ideal candidate will have experience in QHSE coordination and strong knowledge of ISO standards. Responsibilities include maintaining QHSE documentation, conducting internal audits, and training staff. This role is integral to ensuring compliance across multiple departments in a dynamic environment.

Job description
Overview

Responsible for ensuring our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are effectively implemented and continuously improved.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining QHSE documentation; upkeep quality and safety documents ensuring they are properly registered, stored, and easily accessible.
  2. Reviewing documentation to ensure QHSE materials are in line with current company practices and are being implemented effectively.
  3. Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of QHSE policies and procedures.
  4. Coordinating external audits (client, ISO, etc.), ensuring all documentation is in order and audit results remain at a high standard.
  5. Monitoring and tracking QHSE performance metrics; preparing reports and supporting documentation.
  6. Policy development and implementation: drafting and updating safety policies to align with current laws and industry standards, collaborating with different departments to create comprehensive and applicable policies.
  7. Training and awareness: educating staff through training programs and maintaining records of training attendance.
  8. Collaborating with multiple departments and branches to support QHSE initiatives and ensure compliance across disciplines.
  9. Actively engaging with clients and vendors during audits and QHSE-related activities.
