Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for stamping product and process inspection, including all stamping and assembly processes as per in-process check sheets, reliability tests, and functional tests.
• Verify stamping and assembly processes according to SOP/WI.
• Ensure instruments used are calibrated and in good condition.
• Report any abnormalities during inspections.
• Record all process inspections in in-process check sheets.
• Inspect rework activities or secondary processes as per sorting rework instructions.
• Care for checking instruments and report immediately if any are missing or damaged.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.

Internship Responsibilities

• Perform assigned projects following superior instructions and the stamping process manufacturing flow chart.
• Report daily progress on assigned projects.
• The internship will focus on quality functions.

Job Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with basic QC instruments handling.
• Possess at least SPM qualification.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to read technical drawings and check sheets.
• Willing to do overtime and work in shifts when required.

Internship Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Quality Engineering.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months and up to 6 months.
• Require an authorization or reference letter from the respective HOD of the institution.
• Training allowance of RM800 - RM1000 will be provided.
