QC SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Train and guide inspectors on appropriate part inspection techniques, including visual inspection and measurement.
• Responsible for work scheduling, including work assignment and rotation, inspector training, overtime, and shift rotation.
• Manage day-to-day QC activities and ensure inspection tasks are completed on schedule according to requirements.
• Monitor and maintain an up-to-date stock inventory system.
• Ensure all equipment and gauges are properly maintained, verified, and calibrated at all times.

Qualification Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret product drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and other quality and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
