Job summary

A leading company in precision metal parts is expanding and seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee inspection activities and manage a team. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or certificate in relevant fields and at least 3 years of experience in quality control. Responsibilities include guiding inspectors, managing schedules, and ensuring all equipment is maintained and calibrated.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret product drawings and GD&T.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide inspectors in part inspection techniques.
• Manage day-to-day QC activities to ensure compliance.
• Monitor stock inventory system and maintain inspection equipment.

• Train and guide inspectors in appropriate part inspection techniques, including visual and measurement inspections.
• Responsible for work scheduling, including work assignment/rotation, inspector training, overtime, and shift rotation.
• Manage day-to-day QC activities, ensuring inspection activities are executed on schedule according to requirements.
• Monitor and maintain an up-to-date stock inventory system.
• Ensure all equipment and gauges are properly maintained, verified, and calibrated at all times.
