Job description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for product inspection, submitting inspection results, addressing findings, and performing other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct pre-shipment inspections by preparing procedures and documentation according to Medline requirements and schedules. Inspect products, conclude results, submit reports, and share findings timely with relevant personnel.
2. Provide clear, detailed information and evidence to corporate QA and stakeholders for lot rejection or questions within the same day of inspection.
3. Identify quality-related risks and provide suggestions to supervisors or managers promptly.
4. Offer constructive suggestions or report procedural or product errors to divisional QA/PM to optimize inspection processes and improve efficiency.
5. Complete related documentation such as expense reports and performance reviews in a timely manner, following company policies and requirements.
6. Be adaptable to work arrangement changes when necessary.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers promptly.
8. Frequent travel is required.

Qualifications:

• College degree or above.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Good communication skills, personality, and team spirit.
• Detail-oriented and honest.
• Willingness to learn new knowledge and self-develop skills.
• Flexibility for frequent travel.
• Knowledge of quality measuring tools and sampling plans is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
