Job Responsibility

• To attend complaint on site, verify the issue and collect necessary information related to the complaint.
• Prepare a report on the complaint attended.
• Conduct inspection on the incoming raw material.
• Inspects WIP and finished goods product quality to ensure meeting quality standards.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to improve the product quality.
