Job description

The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting, sampling, and testing raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished products to ensure meet quality and safety standards. The role ensures compliance with internal specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-process checks at various stages of production, such as monitoring moisture, temperature, and other parameters.

Perform visual and physical inspections on raw materials, packaging, and finished products.

Follow GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 requirements during all QC activities.

Report any non-conformances or out-of-spec results to the QC Executive/QC Supervisor

Assist in investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) when needed.

Monitor pest activity during inspections and report any findings for corrective action.

Requirements:

Willing to work in a food manufacturing environment with proper safety protocols.

Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Willing to learn and follow quality and hygiene standards.

Able to communicate and record findings in basic written format.
