About the role

Join our team at OKAYASU RUBBER (M) SDN. BHD. as a full-time QC Inspector. Based in our modern facilities in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our rubber products through inspections.

What you'll be doing

Perform visual and dimensional inspections on work-in-progress and final products to verify compliance with quality standards

Maintain quality control records and documentation

Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and productivity

Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar quality control role within the manufacturing industry

Working knowledge of quality control principles, methods and tools

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and follow standardised procedures
