Job summary

Synerchem Food Processing Industry Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking a QA/QC Warehouse Inspector to verify incoming materials against documents (PO, DO, COA) and ensure supply from approved suppliers, while upholding GMP and food safety standards.

You will conduct daily GMP inspections, assist during audits, support investigations of non-conformances, and perform sampling, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science.

Responsibilities

Synerchem Food Processing Industry Sdn Bhd – Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor

The personnel shall be present during the receiving of materials and perform inspection before the materials are accepted into warehouse. The personnel shall verify the material received against documents provided (PO, DO, COA) confirm that the material is supplied by an approved supplier/manufacturer and verify the information against the approved raw material specification and Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Key responsibilities

Incoming Material Receiving – verify material received against documents and confirm supply from approved suppliers

Physical Inspection of Materials – inspect condition of each delivery including packaging and product condition, report abnormal conditions and quarantine affected material

Shelf-Life Verification – verify that incoming raw materials have sufficient remaining shelf life according to company requirements

Material Status Control – quarantine, label and report any incoming material that does not comply with approved specification, required documentation or food safety requirements, ensure rejected or quarantined materials are physically segregated from approved stock

Non-Conformance Reporting – immediately report any non-conformance involving raw materials and assist in preparing Non-Conformance Report where required

Sampling of Materials – perform sampling according to the approved sampling procedure

Support QA in the investigation of non-conformances, including gathering evidence, reviewing records, conducting preliminary investigation and assisting in root cause analysis

Conduct daily GMP inspections in the warehouse and related storage areas to ensure compliance with hygiene, housekeeping, storage and food safety requirements

Assist during internal audits, external certification audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections related to warehouse, raw material control and FSMS requirements

Perform any other QA/QC-related duties or assignments instructed by the Superior

About you

Can write and speak in Malay and English

Working knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, Food Hygiene and Safety and HALAL requirements

SPM/Sijil / Diploma in Food Technology/Food science or equivalent

At least 1 – 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Ensure all assigned activities comply with applicable GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Halal and company FSMS requirements
