Responsibilities

• Can use measuring equipment especially with caliper, profile projector and able to read the drawing product.
• To perform measurement and appearance checking.
• To conduct quality control inspection on products and quality control activities.
• To report quality issues to Manager and follow up to ensure that corrective section has/will take place.
• To participate in conducting quality investigation of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in the related field is required in this position.
• Ability to handle objections, listen and respond effectively.
