Job summary

A leading engineering company in Klang City is seeking candidates for quality assurance roles. Responsibilities include conducting inspections and testing on materials and products, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in engineering and possesses good communication skills in multiple languages. Two full-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in all engineering fields.
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Good communication skills in Malay, Chinese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and testing on materials, WIP and finished products.
• Record and document quality findings.
• Report issues to line leaders or supervisors.

Job description

Conduct inspections and testing on materials, WIP and finished products.

• Accurate identification of defects and adherence to quality standards.

Record and document quality findings.

• Well-maintained inspection records.

Identify non-conformance parts

• Timely reporting of quality issues for quick resolution.

Report issues to line leaders or supervisors.

• Timely reporting of quality issues for quick resolution.

Others

• To monitor and assist effective implementation of QMS and EMS.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.

ISO9001 Compliance

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure that products meet required specifications, standards, and customer requirements
• Report nonconformities using the proper documentation

ISO14001 Compliance

• Ensure nonconforming or rejected materials are stored, labeled, and disposed of properly to avoid environmental contamination
• Segregate inspection waste (e.g., packaging, defective items) into proper recycling or disposal bins

Safety and Health Compliance

• Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and signage
• Operate measuring instruments, gauges, and inspection tools following proper safety procedures

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Engineering Field
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Quality Assurance / Control or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Malay, Chinese, Mandarin, English language for both spoken and written
• 2 Full-Time positions available
