Qualifications

• Certification ISO 9712 pour UT/PT/MT exigée.
• Compétence en interprétation de dessins mécaniques.
• Capacité à utiliser des appareils d'inspection variés.

JobName : QC Inspector

JobSummary

Performs work in the area of non-destructive testing such as DPI/MPI/UT to ensure compliance with specifications. Interprets, evaluates, documents and communicates results. Responsible for precision inspecting product for conformance to pre-determined standards, specifications with NDE method.

Additional Responsibilities

• Inspects parts in accordance with the requirements of the method.
• Records all inspection results as required.
• Documents all findings in accordance with work instructions.
• Attendance/Punctuality Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities.
• Maintains product quality documentation by keeping accurate records.
• Able to contribute effectively to team environment.
• Any other job assigns by immediate superior.
• To practice HSE all the time.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance to all health, safety and environment policies
  
  

Education

• Minimum SPM/diploma
• NDE qualification shall be ASTN SNT-TC-1A with qualify and certified with a written practice that complies.
• Minimum ISO 9712 certifications for UT/PT/MT.
  
  

Preferred Skills/Competencies

• The ability to meet the vision standards specified in API standards.
• Able to interpret ate mechanical drawings.
• Able to handle inspection device such as clad thickness gauge, PMI, Ferrite and other conventional inspection gauges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP (Will be added advantage)
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent client service (TPI), interpersonal and communication skills
• Actively search out and implement solutions.
• Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive attitude.
• Knowledge in RI will be an added advantage.
