Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  1. Carry out daily in-process inspection, including pressure vessel and site inspection.
  2. Record inspection results in relevant quality records.
  3. Report to QC Manager/Senior/Superior on non-conforming products detected.
  4. Prepare documentation and reports.
  5. Perform blasting and painting inspection.
  6. Witness pressure tests.
  7. Perform incoming goods inspection.
  8. Conduct final visual and dimensional inspection on finished products.
Requirements
  • Minimum S.K.M Tahap Tiga/Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or Technology.
  • 3 years experience in pressure vessel fabrication and welding inspection.
  • Possess Visual Welding Inspector 3.0 (CSWIP 3.0) qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to take measurement readings and read engineering drawings.
  • Ability to make proper recordings and reports.
  • Knowledge of welding processes.
  • Knowledge of pressure vessel welding is an advantage.
  • Training in confined space, working at height, and AESP will be provided if necessary.
