Job Description:

1. Monitoring and managing manufacturing operations to ensure they meet production standards.
2. Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process for efficiency and quality improvement.
3. Inspecting, testing, or measuring products during production.
4. Managing ISO, HALAL, HACCP documentation and ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications and Preferences:

• Food-related background (Degree in Food Technology or Food Science preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Familiarity with ISO22000, GMP, and HACCP quality management systems.
