• Participate in internal and external audit and mock recalls.
• Check on production staff’s personal hygiene.
• Verify chiller and cold room temperature records, humidity temperature records, daily cleaning and sanitation records to ensure all are in good condition.
• Conduct finished product inspection (weight), scale calibration and adjustment when necessary.
• Conduct calibration for timer, thermometer, fryer (timer and temperature), etc., on a monthly/yearly basis.
• Conduct pest control inspection and verify chemical concentration for sanitizers.
• Perform GMP checks and establish reports.
• Perform monthly swab tests and product microbe tests.
• Count wheat flour bag strings.
• Collect, label, and sort retention samples.
• Conduct cake shelf-life tests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Food Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food industry or bakery line.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and internal auditing.
• Good communication skills and personality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and be a dynamic team player.
• Systematic and positive problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner and willing to adapt.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good follow-up and communication with superiors.
• Able to work on Saturdays.
