Responsibilities
- Responsible in all documentation covering HALAL, GMP & HACCP.
- Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are compliance to GMP & HACCP.
- Assist in HALAL / GMP/ HACCP related issues and audits.
- Validates and verified that HACCP / GMP and all other SOP’s are effectively implemented.
- Ensure manufactured products are appropriately licensed, produced and marketed.
- Manage and develop production employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service and cost.
- Ensure that the department complies with legislation, regulations and Company policies.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Responsible in maintaining all area are free of pest and take action for cases related to pest.
- Support in document related Import / Export.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology / Biotechnology.
- Have an experience in the related field is required for this position, in manufacturing industries for food/beverages.
- Knowledge of quality systems, audits, regulatory, statistics and analytical lab methods.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in multifunctional teams.
- Knowledge of food safety principles required.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Must be able to handle multiple assignments and well-organized.
