Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in all documentation covering HALAL, GMP & HACCP.
  • Ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are compliance to GMP & HACCP.
  • Assist in HALAL / GMP/ HACCP related issues and audits.
  • Validates and verified that HACCP / GMP and all other SOP’s are effectively implemented.
  • Ensure manufactured products are appropriately licensed, produced and marketed.
  • Manage and develop production employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service and cost.
  • Ensure that the department complies with legislation, regulations and Company policies.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Responsible in maintaining all area are free of pest and take action for cases related to pest.
  • Support in document related Import / Export.


Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food Technology / Biotechnology.
  • Have an experience in the related field is required for this position, in manufacturing industries for food/beverages.
  • Knowledge of quality systems, audits, regulatory, statistics and analytical lab methods.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multifunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of food safety principles required.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple assignments and well-organized.
