Responsibilities:

• Monitor and responsible for the overall quality control in all stages of inspections and testing (Pre-Production, In Process & Finished Product)
• Responsible for the visual and sensory evaluation of the raw materials (packaging, label, quantity, appearance, colour, odour, moisture) to ensure consistency and integrity
• Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards
• Responsible for checking the machine parameters, material code, formulas, tools and product flow
• Select output samples in each phase of processing and test them using appropriate methods
• Responsible for handling all FSSC documentation as well as internal and customer audits
• Troubleshoot and solve problems in accordance with company quality standards
• Maintain daily quality inspection reports
• Check and ensure the personal hygiene of all workers in production
• Ensure that all measurement equipment is calibrated as per the schedule as well as proper maintenance of the records

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
