Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the receiving, production, and dispatch product quality verification and approval.
- Advise and assist in setting up new product standards or specifications related to customer requirements and process control requirements.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory instruments performance.
- Responsible for the validation and calibration of all laboratory instruments.
- Establish training and retraining programs for QC technicians to improve their knowledge and testing skills.
- Develop or update any laboratory testing methods for any additions or changes in the equipment.
- Prepare and propose any new or revised documents/forms for continuous improvement.
- Ensure no incoming, in-process, or outgoing processes skip inspection at various stages.
- Ensure proper usage of QC stamps for all staff under his care.
- Submit monthly reports to superiors on the performance of quality issues together with supporting documents.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, controlling, and ensuring smooth operation of quality control activities.
- Maintain documentation and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure all subordinates understand and adhere to the company’s quality system, rules, and regulations.
