Job summary

Pure Genesis Sdn Bhd in Pontian, Johor is seeking a QC Engineer/Supervisor with precast experience to lead inspections from mold setup to finishing, ensure dimensional accuracy, and detect defects early.

You will perform root cause analysis, develop and update SOPs, conduct weekly audits and customer complaint investigations, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of precast production processes (casting, curing, finishing).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Problem-solving skills to address quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-pour inspections: mold setup, reinforcement placement, embedment positioning.
• Perform post-pour inspections: check for cracks, honeycombing, dimensional accuracy.
• Identify quality issues and defects, recommend corrective actions with production teams.
• Conduct root cause analyses for recurring defects and suggest process improvements.
