Job summary

A leading recruitment company is seeking a Quality Control Engineer in Kulai, Malaysia. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in precast QA/QC.
• Good knowledge of precast process and standards (MS, BS EN, ASTM).
• Familiar with ISO, IMS, or BCMS is a plus.

• Monitor and inspect production quality and coordinate with relevant teams.

Job description

Assist in daily QC checks to ensure compliance with quality and project standards.

Perform material and product testing (e.g. compressive strength, sieve analysis, moisture, etc.).

Follow QAQC procedures based on the Manufacturing Quality Plan.

Monitor and inspect precast production quality at all stages.

Work with Production, Planning, and Project teams to resolve quality issues.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.

Support audits, quality improvements, and root cause analysis.

Review test results and ensure proper documentation.

Close non-conformance issues promptly.

Help prepare quality reports, KPIs, and audit records.

Propose improvements to QC procedures and practices.

Read and understand project drawings and specs.

Support training and standardization of QC tasks.

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in precast QA/QC.

Good knowledge of precast process and standards (MS, BS EN, ASTM).

Strong in documentation, audits, and problem-solving.

Familiar with ISO, IMS, or BCMS is a plus.

Must be willing to work in Senai.
