Join IJM Group's Industry Division as a Qc Engineer where you'll leverage your technical expertise to develop client relationships, solve complex problems, and drive business growth for one of Malaysia's most respected companies.

Your Impact:

Monitor and check for latest test certificates and calibration certificates

Check all production processes on quality matters

Lead QC Supervisors on handling quality issues and conduct troubleshooting (corrective and preventive action)

Conduct planning for overall QC activities and delegation of work to QC supervisor

Conduct briefing to supervisors daily regarding new issues and information related to production.

Verify and analyze assessment of performance, quality objective, and KPI.

Manage and control certificates, controlled documents and QMS manual and procedures.

Validity of test certificates (raw materials, equipment calibration, controlled documents & records)

Liaise with Plant Manager/ HQ QC Dept on matter of quality within factory.

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Good to Have:

Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales

Understanding of project management principles

Knowledge of industry procurement processes

Additional language proficiency (especially Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
