Job description

Manage customer’s queries and complaints.

Manage RMA and coordinate sample submission to customer.

Proficiency in 8D, 5-Why, and root cause analysis techniques. In-process quality control, NCA follow -up to prevent reoccurrence.

Supplier quality management

Nonconformance and MRB control

Responsible for the FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier/ new part/ tooling change or transfer

Work with Operations & Engineering team for continuous improvement

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or specific industry standards.

To support for ad-hoc activities requested by superior.

Evaluate suppliers for compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001,etc.).

Conduct supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

Work with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure supplier quality issues are addressed.

Conduct local and foreign supplier audit.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quality data and implement corrective actions

Proficient Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, Words and ISO standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and resolving quality issues
