Job summary

You will conduct QC testing of raw materials, stability samples, dissolution profiles, and finished products, while maintaining instruments and equipment and performing in-house verifications. The role also covers investigations, audits, recalls, and regulatory filings, with strict safety and waste disposal

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical method, process, and cleaning validations including preparation of related SOPs, validation protocols, and reports
• Perform QC testing of incoming raw materials, stability samples, dissolution profiles, and finished products
• Responsible for the upkeep and troubleshooting of laboratory instrument and equipment also in-house verifications
• Handle Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) investigations, assist with internal audits, product complaints, recalls, and registration
• Manage chemical safety and scheduled waste disposal in strict compliance with DOE and NIOSH guidelines
