4. Support for Audits & Investigations
Assist in the preparation of required files, records, and documentation for internal audits, supplier audits, customer audits, and certification audits (e.g., Halal, GMP, HACCP).
Accompany auditors or management during plant walkthroughs, providing sample data and answering basic questions about quality processes.
Participate in product recall simulations, mock traceability drills, and customer complaint investigations by supporting evidence gathering, documentation checks, and root cause analysis.
Help implement corrective/preventive actions and follow-up monitoring after any identified non-conformities.
Ensure daily cleaning, calibration, and operational checks on QC instruments such as balances, ovens, moisture meters, and mixers.
Help prepare sampling kits, containers, labeling, and record logs for raw materials, WIP, and final product testing.
Assist in sending out samples to external laboratories when needed and track test results in coordination with the QC Executive.
Maintain good housekeeping in the QC room, chemical storage, and retention sample racks, following lab safety protocols.
