Make Quality Lead - Malaysia

Location:

Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

What you will do

• Participate in testing of incoming raw and packaging materials, bulk and product chemical testing, and stability testing, including physical and chemical analysis (HPLC).
• Support lab initiatives such as digitalization, CIP, EHS&S, and plant projects.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, health, environmental standards, and local regulations.
• Provide support for analytical-related analysis as per training and qualification plans, including chemical verification and assays.
• Manage documentation, equipment, inventory, and participate in validation, verification, and maintenance activities.
• Participate in safety and 7S programs, and ensure proper waste disposal and record management.
• Engage in GLP training, audit readiness, and non-conformance investigations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control or similar roles.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards.
