Job description

Have experience in preparing quality plans and related control documents.

Set up quality control systems and ensure compliance with specifications, quality assurance, and consistency of quality processes.

Responsible for investigating quality issues, following up, and ensuring the effectiveness of Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence. Analyze data for quality improvement and reporting.

Prepare all weekly and monthly reports on QA/QC matters.

Plan, organize, and implement all project QA/QC activities.

Lead and develop a high-performance QA team with a focus on knowledge management and competency development. Monitor the performance and competencies of plant QA staff, providing coaching and development as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.

Experience with GMP and HACCP is required; experience with FDA, BRC, ISO 22000, and HALAL certifications is an advantage.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive process changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must be a self-starter, hands-on, and willing to multitask and take on additional responsibilities.
