Job description

Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures and policies.

Lead the inspection, testing, and quality control processes for materials, components, and finished products.

Monitor operations to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.

Conduct internal and external quality audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and project teams to resolve quality issues.

Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, statistical data, and performance trends for senior management.

Train, mentor, and supervise quality assurance and control personnel.

Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, certifications, and audits.

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding quality issues and expectations.
