Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Science/Engineering/Manufacturing or relevant studies preferred
• At least 3 years proven working experience in a similar capacity in the manufacturing sector
• Experience as Management Representative / Lead Auditor is an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and IATF16949 will be an added advantage
• Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Added Advantage)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning the inspectors' daily work schedules and tasks
• Supervise QC team for daily inspections, including Incoming, Process, and Finished Goods Quality Control
• Monitor measurement equipment calibration status and lab activities
• Participate in customer complaints and internal investigations with Production and Engineering Departments
• Assist in internal and external ISO 9001 and IATF16949 audit preparations
• Monitor supplier quality to enhance performance
• Prepare quality reports and data analysis for management
• Provide Medical Card
