Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated QAQC Engineer to join our team!

Job Responsibility

1. To liaise with clients on all quality issues in the absence of the QA/QC Manager/Assistant QAQC Manager.
2. To ensure all QAQC procedures as defined in relevant Quality Control Plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) are implemented accordingly at project sites.
3. To carry out QC inspections at every inspection and test point documented in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) relevant to the project.
4. To follow through on all NCRs and complaints and ensure relevant corrective actions and preventive measures are in line with project quality and standard requirement.
5. To report on the quality performance of assigned project into QAQC Monthly/ Weekly Report.
6. To conduct workers induction / mock-up or briefing consistently to ensure proper implementation of quality requirements.
7. To ensure safety precautions are observed at all times when conducting inspection at site.
8. To ensure rectification of defects being followed up and recorded.
9. To follow up on all the concrete lab testing report and witness lab test.
10. Conduct inspection for all the pre-cast work according to project drawing.
11. Planning and coordinating daily inspection with Client and Consultant to follow production schedule.
12. Conduct all the batching plant lab testing requirement to meet the quality requirements for concrete batching.
13. To Inspect all the pre-casting pre-pouring and post-pouring work for all the pre-cast activities.
14. To be responsible for inspection on all the pre-cast product installation and handover to customer.
15. To handle, coordinate and monitor all necessary action and documentation for audit by authorities including project audit and batching plant audit.
16. Ensure proper record keeping in server is updated and maintained at all times.
17. To oversee, train and lead subordinates in achieving quality objectives.
18. To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in any related field.
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar position.
3. Communication – able to understand and motivate subordinates.
4. Computer Literate – able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
